AMI Canada is in the process of constructing an organisation that will act as a “unifying Canadian national Montessori body, bringing together all Montessori factions and working as a vehicle for social change, advocating for and supporting the development of all children, within their families, schools and communities, thus enabling them to become transforming elements of society, leading to a harmonious and peaceful world”.

AMI Canada is committed to engaging in outreach, open dialogue and healthy collaboration with all, while “safeguarding Dr. Montessori’'s work against diluting influences”, alongside a firm commitment to AMI principles and practices.
