Tina Kuek

Regional Programme Coordinator

Tina Kuek holds a Master’s in Applied Anthropology and Participatory Development, where she specialized in Humanitarian Action, and a Graduate Certificate of Law, both from the Australian National University. Tina also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the United States International University.
 
Tina is a specialist in stakeholder engagement and government reforms, and she is passionate about humanitarian and development issues. Prior to her role at AMI, Tina worked as a senior policy adviser in Australian State Government. She also worked at the United Nations. Tina is a published author of a children’s book, Alek’s New School.

Tina joined the AMI Pedagogical Department in April 2022 as the Regional Programme Coordinator, responsible for Africa, Asia Pacific (incl. China), Middle East and North America.
