Overview:

The Director of Curriculum and Instruction (DCI) leads a talented team of educators dedicated to public Montessori education. The DCI is a member of the school’s leadership team and reports to the Executive Director. The DCI supervises the academic leadership team, teachers, assistants, instructional support staff, and aftercare coordinator. The DCI oversees all instructional areas of Breakthrough Montessori to ensure that the school’s mission is fully supported and achieved. The ideal candidate is:
