The Elizabeth Ann Clune Montessori School of Ithaca, a private, not-for-profit school serving students from 3-15 years old, is seeking creative, energetic, and collaborative educators who have a passion for learning along with their students.  They are responsible for co-creating and nurturing a classroom environment conducive to students' growth and development in the realization of their fullest potential.

Nestled in the hills surrounding Cayuga Lake, in the heart of the Finger Lakes and Wine Country, Ithaca is the home to Apple festivals, a fabulous Farmers Market, Cornell University, Ithaca College, and arts and cultural events that rival many large cities.  Living in the vicinity of Ithaca, New York, is a must.

BIPOC and LGBTQ+ educators are strongly encouraged to apply.  A bachelor’s degree is required.  Teaching experience is preferred.  If not Montessori trained, one must be willing to attend sponsored training.  COVID vaccination and boosters are required.  Staff benefits include: medical insurance, paid days off, a retirement plan, and 100% tuition remission for certified teachers.  Salaries are commensurate with experience.
