The International Kindergarten Principal plays an essential role in managing his/her campus staff.
The Principal typically serves as member of management and is considered to be a middle/upper management level position within the organization. As such, the Principal provides functional and process leadership.
The Principal serves as the educational leader and chief administrator of the campus, responsible for implementing and managing the policies, regulations, and procedures of the organization to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe, child-centered learning environment that meets and exceeds the local government standards, following the approved curricula and directives of the organization.
Achieving academic excellence requires that the Principal work collaboratively to lead and nurture all members of the school staff and to communicate effectively with parents, members of the community, and colleagues in other campuses. Inherent in the position are the responsibilities for planning, curriculum development, program evaluation, extracurricular activities, personnel management, financial management, emergency procedures, resource scheduling, and facilities operations.


  • Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Educational
  • Leadership/Administration (or higher)
  • TEFL/TESOL/ELL Certification (preferred)
  • 0-3 or 3-6 Montessori Certification (preferred)
  • 5+ years preschool teaching experience
  • Proven experience in the management and implementation of different early childhood curricula
