Guidepost is the world's largest global Montessori network, with over 110 schools across the US, Europe, and Asia. We are now expanding in France and are hiring Montessori-trained Guides for the Toddler and Children´s House age groups at our bilingual schools in Paris and Vélizy, as well as a Head of School and Lead Educators for the Toddler, Children´s House and Elementary age groups at our new campus in Levallois, near Paris.

We'd love to talk to you if you:

• Obtained a Montessori diploma for 0-3 or 3-6
• Have classroom experience
• Speak English and French (one of those languages at C2 (native) level)
• Earned a Bachelor's Degree (any subject)
• Have experience with the appropriate age group
• Help a child by giving them the tools to be successful independently
• Are open to guiding your colleagues, and be guided by them in turn
• Are eager to partner with parents on their child's journey
• Are friendly with error
• Get energized and inspired by working with children
