Our Ideal Candidate:
- has a bachelor's degree
- has a Montessori diploma for the 3-6 age
- has several years of experience leading a Montessori environment (but newer teachers are welcome to apply)
- English mother tongue or proficiency-level English (C2)
- EU nationality / Spanish Residence Permit
- has excellent communication skills and loves to collaborate
- continuously self-reflects and seeks ways to grow as a person and educator
