Madrid Montessori, an American school in the heart of Madrid, is seeking a dedicated AMI Trained 0-3 Guide, a dedicated AMI Trained 3-6 Guide and a dedicated AMI Trained 6-12 Guide with native English proficiency and valid EU work permits to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year.

Our school is a small, high fidelity Montessori school with an internationally diverse community for students ranging in age from eighteen months through twelve years of age.

The Guide’s responsibilities include creating a prepared environment, planning and implementing individual and group activities, observing and assessing children’s progress, and encouraging a love for learning.

The applicant must have a deep understanding and commitment to the Montessori philosophy and principles. One must possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to guide and support children is essential. Our guides are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
