Private Guide, Sarara Camp

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Montessori-trained home school teacher to work with a range of ages from 1.5 to 7-9-year-old children in a home-based educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Create a comprehensive, child-centered curriculum based on Montessori principles for children aged 7-9.
• Develop and implement engaging and enriching learning activities tailored to the child's individual needs and interests.
• Foster a supportive and positive learning environment that promotes the child's social, emotional, and intellectual development.
• Monitor the child's progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with parents to ensure alignment between home and school learning experiences.

Requirements:

• Montessori training and certification for the 7-9 age group.
• Proven experience in a teaching or mentoring capacity, preferably in a home school or personalized learning environment.
• Strong understanding of child development and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning styles. -
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with children and parents.
