Educateurs sans Frontières 25th Anniversary

Friday 1st November 2024

This year marks the 25th anniversary of AMI's EsF (Educateurs sans Frontières), a movement founded to promote the rights of the child and bring Montessori principles to under-resourced communities worldwide.

In 1999 Renilde Montessori, Hilla Patell, and Camillo Grazzini hosted the first EsF Assembly at Villa Montesca in Città di Castello, Italy - where Maria Montessori herself led her first training course in 1909.

After six Assemblies and through a global network of changemakers, EsF continues to grow.
