The Montessori Elementary Teacher works in partnership with a classroom colleague to prepare a peaceful Montessori learning environment for their students. They will help ensure that each student is being effectively guided through the Montessori lessons in alignment with North Carolina State Standards.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, Elementary Montessori credential from a MACTE-accredited program

Strongly Preferred: NC K-6 Elementary Education Teacher License

Preferred: 3-5 years of teaching in a Montessori elementary program

Contract Term: Full-time, 10 months

Salary range: $43,728-$74,533 (dependent on experience and education).
