We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Montessori guide to lead this exciting initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a prepared Montessori environment for children aged 6-12. -
• Develop and implement individualized and group lessons according to Montessori principles.
• Observe, assess, and guide students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative classroom community.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress.
• Lead the establishment and growth of the new elementary classroom.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and school community activities.

Qualifications:  

• Montessori certification for the elementary level (6-12) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Montessori guide.
