We seek Montessori guides for Preschool, Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, and Adolescent levels. Our guides are essential in delivering our commitment to holistic education while promoting independence, creativity, and a love for learning.

**Responsibilities:**

• Implement an engaging Montessori curriculum emphasizing outdoor and farm-based education.
• Create a bilingual, stimulating environment that encourages curiosity about the natural world.
• Support individualized learning journeys.
• Build a positive classroom community focused on collaboration and respect for nature.
• Maintain open communication with students and parents and provide constructive feedback.

**Requirements:**

• Montessori certification (relevant level).
• Strong English language skills.
• A minimum of three years of Montessori teaching experience.
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine interest in nature-based education and sustainable practices.
