Casa Del Mar Montessori is looking for an experienced AMI-certified 3-6 Guide to join our school in Marbella, Spain, starting September 2025.

About Us

Located in the charming village of San Pedro de Alcántara, Casa Del Mar Montessori welcomes children from 15 months to 12 years from diverse nationalities. Our school is deeply committed to authentic Montessori principles, fostering a warm, child-centered learning environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Children’s House Guide (3-6) who can lead a classroom with confidence, nurture independence in children, and collaborate with our international team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience leading a Children’s House environment with children from diverse nationalities and languages.
• The ability to foster a nurturing, inclusive environment that respects different cultural backgrounds and parental expectations.
• A strong Montessori practice, ensuring children develop independence, concentration, and a love for learning. English as the teaching language while embracing the multicultural nature of our school community.

Requirements

• AMI-certified 3-6 Guide
• Fluent in English (advanced level)
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a Children’s House
• EU work permit (eligibility to work in Spain is essential)
• A deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development
