Montessori In Town, established in 2005, is a thriving and sought-after school nestled in a vibrant and diverse inner-city neighborhood. With our continued growth and strong community, we are excited to expand by opening a second lower elementary classroom for the 2025-26 school year.
We take great pride in our dedicated and highly regarded staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and longevity within our school. As part of our expansion, a beautifully renovated classroom is underway, providing the perfect opportunity for a passionate Montessori Guide to establish a warm and inspiring learning environment.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated candidate who possesses:
- An AMI Montessori diploma for ages 6-12 (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Several years of experience working with children in a Montessori classroom
- A deep passion for guiding elementary-aged students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative and open-minded approach to working with team members and parents
Position Start Date: July 21, 2025
Compensation: Based on experience
