Village Montessori in sunny Miami is looking for a Lead Guide for our new Lower Elementary classroom, set to begin this fall.

Ideal Candidate:

• Fully trained and certified in AMS, AMI, or another recognized Montessori program
• Experienced in leading a Lower Elementary classroom
• Passionate about Montessori education and child development
• Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)

Full-time lead role

• Compensation based on experience and qualifications
• Relocation compensation offered
• Work visa sponsorship** may be discussed during the interview (depends on the country of application)
