The Montessori Teacher will lead a prepared environment that fosters independence, creativity, and curiosity while guiding children through hands-on learning experiences. Ideal candidates have Montessori certification (AMI/AMS preferred not required), early childhood experience, and a deep understanding of child development. The Montessori Assistant will support the lead teacher, help maintain an engaging classroom, and assist children in practical life and learning activities. Prior experience in early childhood education is preferred, but a warm, patient, and eager-to-learn attitude is essential.
