Maria Montessori Film USA Premiere

We are excited to announce that the film Maria Montessori, directed by Léa Todorov, will premiere soon in the United States, as part of the 17th edition of ReelAbilities' Flagship Festival in New York, April 3-9, 2025. Watch the trailer here.

This compelling drama explores the intersection of ambition and motherhood, inspired by the lives of two remarkable women. Starring Jasmine Trinca and Leïla Bekhti, the film has been released in 19 countries around the world.
 
The screening will take place on April 6th at 12:30 PM at The Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan (MMJCCM). French writer and director Léa Todorov will present the film and have a Q&A at the end of the screening with the audience. Learn more and get tickets here.
