We are seeking a warm, experienced AMI-trained caregiver to support our smart, intuitive, loving 9-month-old daughter in a home-based Montessori environment.

She is a happy, delightful baby who thrives in an attuned, respectful, and developmentally aligned setting.

The position is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Pay is $30 per hour. Healthcare and 401K are available. The position is located in Lake Wildwood, California, a gated lakeside community. A live-in option is available with a private suite and separate entrance.

Responsibilities include guiding her daily rhythms, preparing Montessori activities, supporting independent play, facilitating gross and fine motor development, and partnering with parents to maintain a calm, respectful home environment.

The ideal candidate holds an AMI Infant/Toddler certification or equivalent, has experience with infants and toddlers in a Montessori setting, and is emotionally mature, attuned, reliable, and warm. Comfort with respectful care, attachment theory, and child-led routines is important.

This is a long-term role with the opportunity to grow with our family. We are looking for a candidate who values early development and wants to support a child’s unfolding independence with great care.
