The Garden Montessori is seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher/Administrator to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to guide a thriving toddler community and train to become a Montessori teacher-trainer through our “Train the Trainer” initiative—developing both children and adult learners in a nature-rich, mission-driven environment.

Position Highlights:

As the Lead Montessori Guide & Program Coordinator, you will:

• Lead a Toddler Community of up to 12 children (18–36 months) for 5 half-days per week.
• Support and supervise a small team of 4 staff members, fostering collaboration, consistency, and care.
• Coordinate and facilitate a weekly Parent-Child Nido program, supporting infants/young toddlers and their caregivers in their Montessori journey.
• Design and Host monthly Parent Education Workshops to build community, provide guidance, and promote Montessori principles in the home.
• Train to Become a Montessori Teacher-Trainer beginning August 2025 through our professional development pathway, with mentorship and support from our leadership team.

You Are:

• A Montessori-trained educator (Infant-Toddler certification),
• Experienced in leading or mentoring staff,
• Organized, confident, and clear in communication—with both adults and children,
• Passionate about nature-based education and outdoor learning,
• Excited to contribute to and grow with a developing Montessori community,
• Eager to share your wisdom and grow into a teacher-trainer role.
