Montessori Teacher (3–6 years) - Founding Team
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Be a key member of the founding team for our new Montessori school in Phnom Penh. We are looking for qualified Montessori Teachers to guide the 3–6 years (Casa/Children’s House) community.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a Montessori classroom for children aged 3–6.
• Present Montessori lessons with care and precision.
• Support independence and holistic growth through Montessori practices.
• Shape the school’s early identity by working closely with leadership and colleagues.
• Build strong connections with families.

Requirements:

• AMI/AMS Montessori certification (3–6) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience.
• Native English speaker OR native Mandarin speaker.
• Passionate about Montessori and eager to contribute to a pioneering school.
• Already in Cambodia/ Willingness to relocate to Cambodia
