How can a course become AMI certified?

The course must be directed by an AMI trainer. The course must be held in an AMI affiliated training centre, be offered as a satellite course of an existing training centre or in a host centre, e.g., a school. The AMI procedure to establish a new training centre is to begin with a Feasibility Study. Courses can also be satellite courses of existing training centres, in which case a Limited feasibility Study is submitted. And finally, courses can be held by host centres, especially when beginning Montessori in new locations at a location where there is an existing Montessori school with some/all AMI trained teachers.
