Montessori Toddler Guide (18 months – 3 years)

OMS Montessori is seeking a dedicated, warm, and energetic Montessori Toddler Guide to join our community beginning June 2026.

As a well-established, non-profit Montessori school serving over 400 students from Toddler through High School, OMS Montessori offers a collaborative and supportive environment rooted in respect for each child’s development. Our Toddler program is thoughtfully prepared and fully equipped with authentic Montessori materials, and the successful candidate will be supported by a team of three assistants.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Age Group: 18 months to 3 years
• Classroom Support: Three assistants

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a nurturing, developmentally appropriate Montessori environment
• Guide children’s independence, social development, and early learning in alignment with Montessori principles
• Collaborate closely with assistants and fellow staff to ensure a cohesive classroom community
• Communicate effectively with families and school leadership

Qualifications

• AMI Montessori Toddler Diploma required
• Experience working with young children, preferably in a Montessori setting
• Strong commitment to teamwork and professionalism
• Bilingualism is an asset
