THM International School in Nonthaburi, Thailand is seeking a passionate Montessori Educator to join our team for our August 2026 opening.

THM International School is an international early childhood school serving children ages 3–6 years, combining authentic Montessori principles with an American curriculum in a warm, nurturing, and child-centered environment.

Our program fosters independence, curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning through authentic Montessori practice, hands-on experiences, outdoor exploration, and meaningful learning opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our founding team, collaborate with passionate educators, and help shape a growing international school community from the beginning.

Age Group: 3–6 Years

Qualifications:

• AMI Montessori certification preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education

• Experience working with children ages 3–6 years preferred

• Native-level English proficiency preferred

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Warm, flexible, and nurturing approach with children and families
