Infinitopuntozero is seeking an experienced AMI Montessori Early Childhood Guide (3–6) to help lead the next stage of our educational project.

We are looking for a Montessori educator with experience, initiative and a collaborative spirit, interested not only in guiding a Children's House but also in contributing to the development of an educational community and team.

Our work is inspired by Montessori education, Pedagogy for the Third Millennium, neuroscience-informed education, active listening and respectful relationships. We value observation, autonomy, responsibility, prepared environments and continuous professional growth.

Requirements:

• AMI 3–6 Diploma (required)

• Experience in authentic Montessori environments

• Leadership and teamwork skills

• Commitment to observation-based, child-centred education

• Experience working with families and educational teams

Language and qualification requirements:

• Native or fluent English-speaking teacher (Italian teaching licence not required), or

• Italian-speaking teacher holding a teaching qualification recognised in Italy

Experience in mentoring, pedagogical coordination, staff development or school leadership is considered an advantage.

Main responsibilities include leading the 3–6 environment, contributing to the school's pedagogical development, supporting team growth and fostering strong relationships with families.

We are particularly interested in educators who see education as a path of growth for both the child and the adult.
