Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (education or early childhood education preferred).
• Hold an AMI teaching certificate for the corresponding stage (e.g., 0-3, 3-6, 6-12 main teacher or assistant).
• 1-3 years or more of Montessori teaching experience (overseas experience or bilingual ability is a plus).
• Love kids, be observant, and embrace Montessori principles (prepared environment, respect for child development, etc.).
• Read book to the baby.
• Accompany the baby during outdoor activities.
• Must be able to come to our place.
