Mandarin Program Manager

Guidepost Global Education is seeking a Mandarin Program Manager to lead Mandarin program quality across our APAC network. This role focuses on curriculum development, educator mentorship, training delivery, and program quality improvement across multiple regions. Based in Hong Kong, the role supports both regional initiatives and local campus development.

Requirements:

• AMI/AMS or MACTE-accredited Montessori credential (EC+IT preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of post-certification teaching experience
• Native Mandarin proficiency and strong English communication skills
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or training educators
• Willingness to travel within APAC as needed
