AMI 3–6 Guide – Children’s House Biznaga Montessori | Málaga, Spain

Biznaga Montessori is a newly established school located in the eastern area of Málaga, just a short walk from the sea, in a unique setting that blends nature and city life. We are looking for a passionate and committed AMI Guide to lead our Children’s House and grow together with our project.

What you will do:

• Lead a Children’s House environment aligned with AMI standards.
• Create a calm, beautiful, and prepared environment that supports each child’s development.
• Build meaningful and trusting relationships with families.
• Communicate assertively and guide the development of your classroom assistant.

Who you are:

• AMI 3–6 Diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years experience in AMI Children’s House.
• Native or minimum C1 level of English (our working language).
• Deeply respectful of childhood and committed to AMI Montessori principles.
• A guide with strong communication skills, open to growth, reflection, and learning from experience.

It’s a plus if you:

• Enjoy singing, storytelling, and bringing joy to group moments with children.
• Feel confident leading songs, games, and group dynamics in a natural way.
