Position: Montessori Trained Teacher (AMI Certification)

Age Groups: 6-12

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Implementation: Design and implement engaging Montessori-based lesson plans that foster holistic development in students.
2. Classroom Management: Create a nurturing and supportive learning environment that encourages independence, curiosity, and collaboration among students.
3. Individualised Instruction: Tailor teaching methods to meet the unique needs and learning styles of each child, promoting a love for learning.
4. Observation and Assessment: Conduct regular observations and assessments to track student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.
5. Parental Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with parents, providing updates on students' academic and social development.
6. Professional Development: Stay abreast of Montessori education best practices and participate in professional development opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education
• IELTS Band Score 7 (if required)
• Montessori training for 6-12 age groups
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience

Salary Range: Competitive annual salary between $86,000 to $107,000 AUD
