We are seeking a passionate and experienced Montessori Lead Teacher (0-3) (3–6) to join our warm, growing community in London. This full-time role is available immediately and offers the opportunity to work in a purpose-built environment that honours the child’s natural development.

About You:

• Native-level English speaker
• AMI or equivalent 0-3, 3–6 diploma holder
• Minimum 3 years of classroom experience
• Confident in guiding behaviour with calm, respectful strategies
• A natural leader, collaborative, and committed to authentic Montessori practice
• Open to relocation (we offer visa sponsorship)

About the Role:
You’ll co-lead a classroom of around 25 children alongside another Lead Teacher, with support from a team of 3. You’ll play a key role in shaping a school that prioritises grace, independence, and deep learning.
