Vacancy: Lead Guide for Montessori Toddler Group (15 months – 3 years)

Casa Bilingual Montessori (Pijnacker, The Netherlands) school is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to lead one of our Montessori toddler groups. You will maintain a beautiful, thoughtfully prepared environment where toddlers can explore, grow, and thrive. You will guide the daily life of the classroom, guide your team in implementing Montessori principles, and build strong, trusting relationships with families.

Your role includes observing and adapting the environment to meet the needs of each child, organising parent evenings, and engaging in meaningful communication with parents. You will help nurture a connected and informed community, grounded in the Montessori approach.

We’re looking for someone warm, communicative, and collaborative. A genuine interest in Montessori for children aged 0–3 is essential. Experience with toddlers is appreciated.
