Casa del Mar Montessori, Marbella

Casa del Mar Montessori is seeking AMI-certified Montessori Guides (0–3, 3–6, or 6–12) to join our international school in Marbella, Spain, from September 2026.

We are an authentic Montessori school serving a multicultural community of international families and children in a distinctive Mediterranean context. Our school culture is rooted in respect for the child, partnership with families, and a shared commitment to Montessori principles within a globally minded community.

Essential requirements are the following:

• the candidate must hold the relevant AMI diploma for the age group applied for;
• must be English-trained and fluent in professional spoken and written English;
• must have a minimum of five years’ Montessori classroom experience;
• and must hold legal permission to live and work in Spain.

In addition, applicants are expected to have researched life and work in the Marbella area and to demonstrate an understanding of its cultural, social, and practical particularities.

We are specifically seeking educators who are interested in a mid- to long-term professional commitment, rather than a short-term placement. The successful candidate will be a reflective and collaborative Montessori guide with a deep understanding of authentic Montessori practice, strong observation skills, and the ability to work closely with assistants, colleagues, and internationally minded families.
