The Children’s Garden, Norwich

This is a wonderful opportunity for a trained Montessori teacher to work with a small group of home-educated children (4-9 years) in a fully equipped Montessori Environment in our unique setting. Nestled in beautiful woodland and a walled garden on the edge of Norwich, you will work in partnership with the children three days per week during term times. The Children’s Garden is an educational environment which embraces innovative and creative thinking and the right candidate will have the freedom to embrace an informal and personal style of teaching. This new role is part of TCG’s evolution of our Small School into a term-time offering for home-educated children. Full Montessori training is essential, ideally primary, although other ages considered with a strong knowledge of the materials, methods and theory, and a keen curiosity to learn.

The job role is three 7-hour days per week term-time (21 hours per week), including 1 hour of non-contact time each day. A lunchtime meal will be provided (to be eaten with the children).

Successful candidates MUST be Montessori trained.
