Eden Montessori International School in Portugal  is looking for Experienced AMI Montessori Guides, who are self-motivated and looking for a long-term commitment.

The right candidate will have strong leadership, professionalism, excellent communication skills (English first language) and the love of early childhood education. Eden is an authentic Montessori school and we put the children and their safety first.  If you have experience or training for the PYP of the IB, this is an added advantage.
 
We are looking for dedicated Guides who have the desire to work with a team of individuals who aspire to make a difference each day in the lives of children.
Guides need to confidently lead a class with passion, patience and a love of learning. Demonstrating effective organizational, time management, writing and multitasking skills is desired.  The successful candidate will receive competitive compensation and benefits.

Requirements:

• A.M.I. Diploma.  (3-6 or 6-12)
• Minimum 2-year exp. working in a Montessori environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development/Education,
• Experience working in an IB PYP Accredited school
