Lead Children’s House Guide (3–6) – Edinburgh Montessori Arts School

We seek an experienced Montessori Lead Guide for our Children’s House at EMAS. This is a key leadership role for a guide with 5+ years classroom experience, a proven track record of leading environments, and supporting teams.

You will deliver authentic Montessori practice, oversee the prepared environment, guide a classroom team, and build strong relationships with children and families.
