The Profile

We are searching for an inspiring Montessorian who views the 0–3 years as a sacred window of development.

You are someone who:

• Practices Grace: You offer a graceful parent presence, acting as a steady, insightful mentor to families navigating the transformative first plane of development.

The Role

As our Lead Guide, you will curate a prepared environment where independence flourishes and the "Love for Life" philosophy is tangible. You will bridge the gap between home and school with poise, ensuring every interaction—whether with a child, parent, or peer—is rooted in the true Montessori spirit.

Requirements

• AMI Diploma (0–3) is essential.
• A profound dedication to the Montessori method as a way of life.
• The ability to balance high-level pedagogy with a warm, grounded, and vibrant presence.
