We are seeking a warm and experienced AMI-trained caregiver to support our bright, intuitive, and loving 1 year-old daughter in a home-based Montessori environment. She is a joyful toddler who thrives in an attuned, respectful, and developmentally supportive setting, and we are looking for someone who can help guide her early growth with sensitivity and care.

The schedule is Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, and alternating Thursdays from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, with pay ranging from $25 to $28 per hour. Benefits include healthcare, 401K, and holiday PTO. Candidates should also be available to work extended 60-hour weeks during four annual retreat periods in January, February, April, and August.

Responsibilities include modeling Montessori practices, supporting daily rhythms, preparing simple activities, meals, encouraging independent play, and facilitating both gross and fine motor development. In addition, the caregiver will provide general household support such as all laundry, dishes, and floors to help maintain a calm and organized home environment.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, emotionally mature, and attuned, with comfort in respectful care, attachment theory, and child-led routines. An AMI Infant/Toddler certification or equivalent experience is required. This is a long-term role with the opportunity to grow alongside our family. We hope to find a candidate who values early development and understands the importance of creating a safe, nurturing space for a child to develop independence and joy.

To apply, please send your resume, certification, references, and a brief introduction.
