A private family based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia is seeking an AMI-certified Montessori Guide (0–3) for a home-based environment.

The role involves one-on-one Montessori guidance with a young child, following authentic Montessori principles and supporting development through observation, prepared environment, and respectful routines.

AMI 0–3 or 3-6 certification is required. Prior Montessori experience is preferred. The Guide must be comfortable working in a private household and willing to relocate to Phnom Penh. English is required. French is a plus. Accommodation and visa support provided. Salary based on experience.
