Homeschooling, Warfield

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Guide to join our homeschooling environment, working from 12:00 to 16:00, three days per week.

The ideal candidate will be AMI certified and have experience in guiding young learners in a Montessori setting.

As a Montessori Guide, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, following the Montessori philosophy, and supporting each child's individual developmental needs.

You will:

• Facilitate the growth of the child’s independence, creativity, and self-motivation while fostering a love for learning.
• Prepare and maintain a Montessori-aligned learning space.
• Observe and assess children’s development, adjusting the approach as needed.
• Guide and support children in their learning journeys, respecting their pace and needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents about children’s progress.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive environment.

We are looking for someone who is patient, observant, and committed to fostering an environment where children can flourish.
