Kairos Montessori, founded in 2017 in Cascais, Portugal, serves ages 3–18 in a diverse international community rooted in faithful Catholic life and authentic Montessori education.

The Headmaster stewards Catholic Montessori identity, providing unified leadership with particular responsibility for strengthening the 12-18 upper school.

This role integrates Montessori adolescent pedagogy and rigorous, Montessori-informed classical academics while fostering Christian maturity, joyful community life, and parent confidence. The Headmaster offers stable, charitable leadership, forms staff and families in mission, builds sustainable staffing capacity, and enables the founders to focus on strategic leadership.
