Kairos Montessori is a vibrant, English speaking international Catholic school, situated on a farm near the sea in Cascais. We are among the few European schools offering a full Montessori education through adolescence, including an AP student programme. Kairos is looking for a passionate and committed AMI-trained Elementary Guide (6–12) to join our community. This is a full-time position, with an immediate or near-term start preferred.

Essential Requirements:

• AMI Montessori Elementary (6–12) diploma (or in the final stages of training).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

• Catechesis of the Good Shepherd training or experience.
• Outdoor education, farming, or sustainability experience.
• International teaching experience and cultural adaptability.
• Experience with the British curriculum is preferable.
• A diploma for a second age group is an advantage.
