Kalispell Montessori is seeking a passionate Lower Elementary Lead Teacher (grades 1–3) for the 2026–27 school year.

Located in the heart of Montana’s Flathead Valley, just an hour from Glacier National Park, our school offers a unique blend of high-quality education and access to incredible outdoor recreation. This role is ideal for an experienced educator or someone open to a supported pathway (assistant year one, lead year two). Montessori training is preferred but not required.
