Many Rivers Montessori seeks a Permanent Head of School, beginning in the Fall of 2026, to build upon the exceptional foundation, the passion for high-quality Montessori education, and the collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit fostered in the school's first 11 years.

Many Rivers has a history of values-forward leadership, a thriving community, and committed staff who deliver excellent educational instruction. The Board will look to the next Head to pursue the vision and execute the mission and strategic objectives of the school, nurture the school culture, manage faculty and staff, and ensure the institution's financial health for years to come.

The Search Committee will begin reviewing candidate applications starting in July 2025 and the position will remain open until filled. An Interim Head is being recruited for the 25-26 school year.
