Bilingual (Spanish/English) Primary Montessori Lead Guide (Ages 3–6)

Midtown Montessori Academy is hiring a full-time Bilingual Primary Lead Guide for children ages 3–6. We seek a passionate, nurturing educator with Montessori certification (3–6) from a MACTE-accredited program and fluency in English and Spanish. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a salary range of $48,000–$68,000/year based on experience.

Founded in 2018, Midtown Montessori Academy serves children from infancy through sixth grade. Our mission is to nurture independent, curious, and confident learners in a child-led, hands-on environment.

Key responsibilities include guiding a bilingual Montessori classroom, supporting academic and social-emotional development, observing and assessing student progress, maintaining a prepared environment, and collaborating with families and staff.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience as a Montessori Lead Guide, strong classroom management skills, and a deep understanding of early childhood development. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Familiarity with Google Workspace and Transparent Classroom is a plus. CPR, First Aid, and Universal Precautions certification required (or willingness to obtain).
