We are seeking a dedicated and passionate AMI-trained Elementary Guide (6-12) to join our established team. Preference to add full-time Guide, but open to co-lead possibilities for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you will work closely with a supportive administrative and teaching team that values community partnership and open communication rooted in our core values. 

Qualifications:

• AMI 6-12 Diploma 
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• A strong commitment to authentic Montessori practice and developmental principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues
• An openness to collaborative problem-solving and restorative communication frameworks
