Montessori Explorer is now hiring passionate and dedicated educators for the 2026–2027 school year in beautiful San Diego, California. We are seeking individuals who truly embody child development philosophy and are committed to nurturing each child’s natural love of learning through independence, creativity, and respect.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Infant/Toddler Montessori Guide
• Infant/Toddler Guide
• Practicum Student / Support Guide
• Montessori & Child Development Positions

Qualifications vary by role and may include:

• AMS or AMI Certification (required for Montessori Guide position)
• Child Development units (12–24+ depending on position)
• Infant/Toddler Teacher Permit (or currently in process)
• CPR Certification
• Licensing-required trainings
