We’re a small, beachside, community-rooted Montessori school in Panama, in an exciting phase of growth, and we’re seeking a Lower Elementary Guide who feels called to help build something meaningful.

This role is ideal for an experienced educator who thrives in a small, intentional classroom, and values collaboration, curiosity, and relationships.

The elementary program serves approximately 20 children across two planes, 6-8 & 9-12 classroom. Montessori environment, surrounded by nature and a close-knit community.
