Montessori By The Sea, Grand Cayman’s largest and most comprehensive Montessori school, is currently accepting applications for MACTE-accredited Montessori-trained Upper Elementary Guides for the 2025/2026 school year. A background in education (Bachelor of Education) would be an asset.

Ideal candidates would:

• Thrive in a focused and fast-paced environment
• Respect the child’s holistic development
• Have experience working in an Elementary Montessori environment
• Be comfortable with cross-referencing Montessori lessons with national and international standards
