Montessori-Trained Nanny - Full Time or Part time (Switzerland + Travel)

We are a warm, international family based in Switzerland seeking a full-time, Montessori-trained nanny to care for our 15-month-old child. The ideal candidate is experienced, nurturing, and passionate about early childhood development, with a strong grounding in Montessori principles. This role is based in Switzerland, with regular travel required.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating a safe, calm, and stimulating environment tailored to the Montessori approach
• Planning and leading age-appropriate, child-led activities that encourage independence and development
• Supporting daily routines including meals, naps, hygiene, and outdoor time
• Maintaining an organized and tidy play area with developmentally appropriate materials
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the child
• Traveling with the family and adapting care routines accordingly
• Providing regular updates and open communication with parents

Requirements:

• Montessori certification (0–3 years preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience with infants/toddlers
• Comfortable in English; French or German a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Warm, calm, patient, and professional demeanor
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified)
• EU Passport or Swiss Residency
