Join us as part of the start-up team for a brand-new Montessori school opening in 2026 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We are seeking passionate Montessori Teachers for the 0–3 years (Infant/Toddler) community.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead a nurturing Montessori environment for infants and toddlers.
• Support independence and holistic growth through Montessori practices.
• Collaborate with school leadership to shape the school’s culture and practices.
• Build meaningful partnerships with families.

Requirements:

• AMI/AMS Montessori certification (0–3) or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with infants/toddlers.
• Native English speaker OR native Mandarin speaker (bilingual is a plus).
• Flexible, pioneering spirit to thrive in a start-up school environment.
• Already in Cambodia/ Willingness to relocate to Cambodia
